Hello and Welcome!

I’m a certified Somatic Touch Therapist with over 15 years of exploration in self-growth, movement, and art — and five years of hands-on caregiving for elderly individuals living with early dementia. My work has deeply shaped how I understand healing: not as a fix, but as a return to connection — through presence, through touch, and through the body.

I came to somatic therapy seeking a deeper connection with my own body — a way to meet chronic anxiety, fear of being seen, and emotional overwhelm not with judgment, but with compassion. What I found was a path home to myself.

Through my training at the Somatic Therapy Center in Philadelphia, I’ve learned to support others in untangling emotions, fortifying the nervous system, and listening to the body’s wisdom. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in real-life experience — shaped as much by my own healing journey as by years spent offering touch and presence to elders, clients, and loved ones.

In both my caregiving and somatic practice, I’ve seen the quiet power of touch to soothe anxiety, ease confusion, and create a sense of safety. It's more than a technique — it's a language of empathy, attunement, and trust.

I work with people who want to feel more at home in their skin, reconnect with their intuition, and embody their authentic selves — not just in session, but in life. Whether you're navigating emotional stress, physical discomfort, or the desire to live more fully in your body, I’m here to walk with you.
